My specialty is designing online fitness programs to accomodate the individual needs of our clients at a cost that won't break the bank.  My training programs are based on scientifically proven fitness principles designed to safely and effectively help each inidividual improve your overall health and fitness.  Most individuals don't need to pay for a personal trainer or coach who will be with them every minute they exercise.  However, most people do need some direction to help them get started and motivated to get in the habit of regulare physical activity.  Online training is as effective as having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. 

 

We offer two types of plans: a personal training plan and a multi-sport plan.  Each plan is catered to the individual and includes a minimum of weekly personal contact with your trainer.

Personal activity is a lifestyle that promotes long-term physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being.  All people, both male and female, should be physically active. Our goal is to help each particpant gain an appreciaton and degree of enjoyment for physical activity while fulfilling their own personal goals such as weight loss, general health, and/or performance goals.

For 6 Weeks of training with a personal trainer, at only 1, one hour session per week, you would pay $210-$300!  You could have a 24 week training  plan for that much and still contact a Threshold trainer once a week.
