What do we have to offer you?
Simple.  I offer an individualized approach to your fitness program.  This includes an exercise program designed for you and most importantly, tracking of your progress.
 
  • Individual Program Design- Everyone is different, obviously.  While there are certain principles of fitness that apply to everyone, everyone responds differently to the application of those principles.  So why use a cookie-cutter online personal training company? Based on the information you give to me such as your goals and abilities, I can cater a program just for you.

    Tracking Your Progress- Unlike other online personal training services, you are not overly limited to how much contact you can have with me.*  In fact, you are encouraged to contact me once a week in order to track your progress and if needed, modify your exercise program.  Tracking is an integral part of the programs that I design.  Without it, it becomes very difficult to measure your progress.

Who can benefit from a Threshold exercise program? 

Practically anyone.  My qualifications and experience allow me to cater to most people.  Specifically, I work with multi-sport athletes, individual sport athletes, and/or individuals simply interested in getting in shape or shedding a few pounds.  Whether you want to improve your performance by getting stronger and/or faster, maintain your fitness, or simply get in shape, I can help.  If you have any questions as to whether or not you could benefit from a Sunrise exercise program, please contact me.
